John Schenk has been catering annual private events for my business for 27 years as well as amazing private parties in my home. He also prepared an exceptional multi-course sit down meal for my daughter's wedding a few years ago. The variety of menus and quality of his ingredients is second to none. My guests have always looked forward to these events as John's attention to detail in all of his dishes is exceptional. What a pleasure it is to know any event will come off without a hitch when John is in charge. He enjoys what he does and it shows.
J Williams exceptional weekly delivered menus are always a treat. They are easy to heat and serve and always superbly done with minimal throw away containers. It's such a treat to come home to one of his amazing meals.
